Prayer to Accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior

Heavenly Father,

I come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Today, I acknowledge that I need You and that I cannot save myself.

Lord, I recognize that I have sinned and fallen short of Your perfect standard.

Your Word says:

Father, I humble myself before You and ask for Your mercy and forgiveness.

Father, I surrender my past, my present, and my future to You. Lead my decisions, guide my steps, and teach me how to live according to Your Word.

I receive my new life in Christ.
