Salvation Prayer

Accept Jesus Christ Today

 

If you feel far from God, uncertain about your future, or simply desire to begin a new life in Christ, this prayer is for you.

Salvation is a gift from God through Jesus Christ, offered to everyone who calls on His name with a sincere heart.

Prayer

Heavenly Father,
I come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. I acknowledge that I need You.

I recognize that I am a sinner and cannot save myself. Your Word says in Romans 3:23 that all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. I humble myself before You today and ask for Your mercy.

Lord, I repent of my sins. I turn away from everything in my life that does not please You. Forgive me for every wrong thought, wrong word, and wrong action.

Your Word says in Acts 3:19 to repent and turn to You so that sins may be wiped out. Today I choose to turn away from sin and turn fully to You.

Father, I believe in my heart and confess with my mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord. Your Word says in Romans 10:9 that if we confess Jesus as Lord and believe in our hearts that You raised Him from the dead, we will be saved.

So I confess that Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior.

Jesus, I believe You died on the cross for my sins and rose again on the third day with power over sin, death, and the grave. I receive Your sacrifice as the only way to be forgiven and made right with God.

Your Word says in John 14:6 that You are the way, the truth, and the life, and that no one comes to the Father except through You.

Lord, wash me clean. Your Word says in 1 John 1:9 that if we confess our sins, You are faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. I receive Your forgiveness now.

Cleanse my heart, renew my mind, and make me new.

I surrender my life completely to You.

Your Word says in 2 Corinthians 5:17 that anyone who is in Christ is a new creation; the old has passed away, and all things have become new. I receive my new life in You today.

Holy Spirit, come and live within me. Guide me, teach me, and help me to walk in righteousness. Strengthen me to follow Jesus every day of my life.

Lord, I give You my past, present, and future. I lay down my own will and ask You to lead me. Make me who You created me to be.

Thank You for saving me, forgiving me, and calling me Your child.

I receive the gift of salvation by grace through faith.

I declare that I belong to Jesus Christ.

In Jesus’ mighty name,
Amen
