Heavenly Father,
I come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. You are Jehovah Jireh, my Provider, and I trust You to care for every need in my life.
Lord, I ask for Your guidance and provision in my career and employment. Your Word says in Philippians 4:19 that You will supply all our needs according to Your riches in glory through Christ Jesus. I place my trust in You for the opportunities ahead of me.
Father, I ask that You guide me toward the right job opportunities according to Your will. Lead me to the places, people, and environments where I can grow, serve, and use the gifts You have given me.
Help me in every application, interview, and opportunity. Let Your wisdom and favor go before me and give me peace as I trust Your timing.
Prayer for Promotion and Career Growth
Father God,
Thank You that promotion ultimately comes from You. Your Word says in Psalm 75:6–7 that it is You who lifts one up and establishes another according to Your will.
Lord, I ask for Your favor in my workplace and career. Help me to grow in responsibility, maturity, and excellence. Let my work be seen, valued, and recognized in the right way and at the right time.
Remove anything that may hinder my growth, and guide me into the opportunities You have prepared for me.
Prayer for Favor at Work
Lord Jesus,
Let Your favor rest upon me in my workplace. Your Word says in Psalm 5:12 that You bless the righteous and surround them with favor.
Give me wisdom, integrity, and excellence in everything I do. Help me to work with diligence, humility, and a spirit that honors You.
Help me build good relationships with colleagues and supervisors. May my actions reflect kindness, reliability, and faithfulness.
